The olives, grown organically, are harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness and quickly processed in the company's mill. The oil is cold-pressed exclusively using mechanical processes that preserve all of the oil's organoleptic and nutritional properties.


This process guarantees a genuine product, rich in aromas and low in acidity. Each step is carefully monitored to offer an oil that reflects the quality of the terroir and the Estate's commitment to sustainable and certified production.

    Altitude: around 160/190 m above sea level

    Surface area: approximately 13 hectares

    Cultivars: Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo

    Average annual production: from 15 to 30 quintals


    We produce a superior organic extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. The carefully selected olives are immediately pressed in the company's own olive mill, with temperature control throughout the entire process ("COLD EXTRACTION"). The result is a product unique in quality and refined flavor.


    Our oil is guaranteed by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies.

    Oil characterized by intense olfactory notes of fresh olive and vanilla, on the palate the fruity olive, at the right degree of ripeness, has medium intensity accompanied by notes of fresh grass, ripe tomato and a light hint of artichoke, the aftertaste is soft, sweet with notes of almond.
