Our Acacia Honey

According to popular pharmacopoeia, it has invigorating, liver-detoxifying, throat-antiinflammatory, and mild laxative properties. It is a highly sought-after honey for its delicate, non-cloying flavor; it is excellent for sweetening without altering the flavor and aroma of the sweetened product. Color: water-white. Flavor: light, delicate; reminiscent of the sweetness of ripe fruit. Aroma: light, not persistent; reminiscent of flowers. Crystallization: very slow, even after two years; a white, firm, not hard paste forms; the crystal is large but easily soluble and not very transparent.

Our Wildflower Honey

Wildflower honey comes from many flower species and combines the benefits of the numerous nectars from which it derives. Color: Varies depending on the nectar source. Flavor: Sweet, fruity, bold, and strong. Aroma: Various flowers and fruits. Crystallization: It has a grainy consistency and crystallizes easily.

Our Chestnut Honey

Among the chestnut varieties, only wild ones produce honey. Bees collect nectar from the male flowers, which are very rich in pollen, as the main pollination route for chestnut trees is the wind. For this reason, chestnut honey contains a lot of pollen, which gives it a very strong flavor. It is very rich in tannins. Color: dark. Flavor: strong, persistent, sometimes cloying when pure. Aroma: pungent. Crystallization: delayed when pure or mixed with acacia honey, compact and coarse when mixed with forest or meadow honey.
