Outside, there's a patio for dining, a wood-fired oven and barbecue, a large lawn, and an 8x4 meter swimming pool. The grounds are equipped with comfortable and elegant garden furniture. The parking lot has enough space for several cars, and two of the spaces are covered. The entire property is fenced to ensure security and privacy.

To the right of the entrance is the kitchen, fully equipped and including a dishwasher.

The three bedrooms on the upper floor are pleasantly furnished with antique furniture.

Hilltop farmhouse with pool, fenced garden, and panoramic views of Lucca. Furnished with period furniture, Casa Aurelio sleeps 6 in three bedrooms.
Aurelio, the most recently restored farmhouse, is named after Mr. Aurelio V., the last of at least four generations of farmers to work and live on the Tenuta Maria Teresa farm. He was born in this farmhouse and lived there with his family until a few years ago. In his honor, we have strived to restore it to its finest detail, with the same care, attention, and comfort that distinguish the houses on our farm.
This beautiful two-story property has splendid proportions and, from its sunny hilltop position, enjoys the same magnificent view of Lucca that can be enjoyed from Villa Maria Teresa, the estate's headquarters.
Outside, a beautiful pergola in front of the house allows you to eat al fresco surrounded by greenery and enjoy the expansive views. The bread oven and barbecue, sheltered by a small roof, invite you to use them even on summer days.
The property includes a large rural garden, nestled among olive trees alternating with vines, as they were cultivated in the past, and is completely fenced for added security and peace. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Aurelio. The entrance gate is automated, and there is ample parking.
From the front of the house, a path through the olive trees leads to the slightly secluded 10 x 5 m pool, allowing you to fully enjoy the tranquility of the area and the breathtaking view. A wooden terrace surrounds the pool and is equipped with elegant garden furniture and a shower.

A beautiful entrance hall on the ground floor opens onto all the living areas. The elegant dining room on the left is adjacent to the rustic-style kitchen, yet equipped with all the necessary modern appliances. Opposite, a small hallway leads to a bathroom with a shower for daytime use and the convenient laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and linen closets.
To the right, you enter the spacious living room, whose exposed brick and stone walls create a uniquely welcoming atmosphere. A large corner sofa invites you to spend cozy evenings with friends, watching a movie, playing cards, or simply chatting in front of the fireplace while sipping a nice drink. The living room also offers access to the garden at the back of the house.
The first floor, sleeping area
On the first floor, the staircase leads to a large reading room that serves as a meeting point for the three bedrooms. All bedrooms have independent air conditioning, are furnished with classic-style furniture, and each has a luxurious private bathroom.
The master bedroom, with a simple four-poster double bed, is very spacious and offers a magnificent view of the Lucca plain. The natural stone bathroom has two sinks, a tub, and a large separate shower.
The second bedroom, also very bright, features elegant antique furnishings with two beautiful single sleigh beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom also has two sinks, a tub, and a large separate shower. The third bedroom is slightly smaller, with two single beds and a bathroom with a sink and shower. This room is also furnished with period furniture.
All the rooms in the house are connected by telephone and you can make external calls directly from each one.

Meticulous attention to detail ensures the comfort, privacy, and effortless luxury of this beautiful property. It accommodates 8-10 people.
Foresta comprises two residential units, the main house and the barn. The two buildings are adjacent to each other and feature several spacious outdoor recreation areas, both shared and private, and an 11x5 meter swimming pool. The property is set in a private, fenced park in the hills above Lucca.
Recently restored, this property can comfortably accommodate ten guests, with four bedrooms in the main house and a large bedroom in the renovated barn. The houses offer sweeping views of the valley, the estate's vineyard, and the surrounding forest.
It is accessed via an automatic gate and there is ample parking.
The pergola in the front garden offers a shaded spot from which to admire the large lawn surrounded by olive trees. The garden overlooks the adjacent vineyard and the valley below. A bread and pizza oven is built into the side wall of the main house.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Forest main house
The home's entrance is open-plan, with a wooden counter separating the kitchen from the dining area, giving the whole a spacious and modern feel. The marble and stainless steel kitchen is equipped with a six-burner stove and gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, and ice maker. Quality linens, dishes, and kitchen utensils are also provided. The fireplace adds warmth to the space.
From the dining room, a corridor leads to the bright living room, which occupies the rear section of the ground floor. Overlooking the woods, the living room opens onto the patio and garden through a large French window. The room has a large dining table on one side, while to the right are large, comfortable sofas and an entertainment area with a television, DVD player, and satellite receiver.
Off the hallway are a laundry room with a washer and dryer, ironing facilities, and a linen closet, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom. This bedroom is smaller than the ones upstairs and doesn't have air conditioning (a fan is provided), but it's very comfortable as a spare bedroom for unexpected friends or a babysitter. A staircase leads from the dining room to the upper floor.
All rooms here are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and have their own bathrooms. The bedrooms are bright, tastefully furnished, and offer delightful views. The master bedroom has a large double bed and is very spacious and well-appointed, with a refined combination of period and modern furnishings. The private bathroom has a double sink, a tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a double canopy bed and a private bathroom, as above, as well as a walk-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a sink and shower. Like the other bedrooms, it is furnished in a comfortable and refined style with antique and modern furnishings.
Forest, the barn.
The second available unit is a former barn that has been converted into a spacious, open-plan home. From the front garden, the large barn door leads into the living room, which occupies most of the ground floor, with a small but well-equipped kitchen to the rear. A glass door leads to a covered terrace to the side of the house, furnished and equipped with a barbecue and sink.
The terrace overlooks the private park, the pool, and the vineyard, and beyond that, the view extends to the woods. The first floor includes a large double bedroom with high ceilings and a small en suite bathroom. The furnishings include a stately modern double bed, a large armchair/bed, and a desk. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a stereo system.

Renovated in 2025, this small apartment offers the opportunity to spend precious time, truly in contact with nature and immersed in stable life.
Located in the same beautiful farmhouse that houses the “Le Pergole” equestrian club and the laboratory for producing our organic honey, this rustic two-story apartment will immediately make you feel part of Lucca's country life.
Bordered by olive groves and woods, its windows look directly onto the courtyard with its round pen and horse paddocks. Chickens and swallows, with their calls, are part of the soundtrack of the place.
In collaboration with the equestrian club, it is possible to organize various types of additional equestrian activities depending on the season (riding lessons, horseback excursions, hunts, accommodations with your own horse, etc.).
