Visits and Tastings in Lucca
Guided tours between history and landscape
Tenuta Maria Teresa traces its roots to the first half of the 19th century, when it was the country residence of the Duchess of Lucca. Located in San Martino in Vignale, a few kilometers from the historic center, the property nestles harmoniously among hills covered with oak, pine, and acacia trees.
Guided tours allow you to explore this historical and natural setting, offering a journey that combines architecture, landscape, and agricultural tradition. During the tour, you can access the panoramic garden, which offers sweeping views of the city of Lucca, as well as the historic cellar and olive oil mill. Each space reflects a part of the Estate's identity, preserved over time through careful enhancement of the spaces and production activities.
Wine, oil, and organic product tastings
In addition to tours, Tenuta Maria Teresa offers tastings that allow you to experience the products made on the estate firsthand. The eight hectares of vineyards produce wines that reflect the characteristics of the terroir, while the twelve hectares of olive groves ensure oil production according to Lucca's traditions.
These are complemented by honey from the hives and products made from ancient grains, such as pasta and baked goods. All products are certified organic and made with respect for the environment. Tastings are held in dedicated spaces, where you can savor the various products and understand their characteristics through a guided experience, available year-round by reservation.
